Rent or own?

Rent or own?
RE: Rent or own? 11
When you think about it owning something is definitely more attractive, but of course you have to think of a lot of different things. Being able to afford it is almost not even the question anymore, although it really always is and should be, with all the credit we see. You have to like that ability to pack up and go though with renting, if you are that type of person.

We rented houses for a long tine, it is throwing money away, before we bought our own house our rent was either the same as or just a little more than what it would have been to pay a mortgage. S we got house of our own, yes it comes with bills and that , but we are better off now than whet we were when renting.
