Amalgamation or Absorption? - Stojan - 04-08-2020

I'm in need of assistance for my company. Is amalgamation good or should I sell it and let it be absorbed. I know that amalgamation i.e. merging of two or more companies is sometimes a good thing but can it backfire and what experience do you have with it. On the other hand, if the risk is too big maybe I should let it be absorbed and get a good deal on it. I need information about the procedures of amalgamation and absorption and which one is the best solution for me. I found some good information https://askanydifference.com/difference-between-amalgamation-and-absorption/, but I need someone who has had experience with this.
Thanks in advance, I hope we can start a conversation on this topic.
