If you have enough money to retire early, would you volunteer every now and then to fill in the space? I think I would. I love animals so once I retire I'd love to volunteer a couple of days to help out at a shelter for animals or something like that.

I'd like to, same as you, something that could give back to the community. It really depends what my life is like then though - too early to tell. I might have the money and the wish to travel the world or something.

It's difficult to say really isn't. Retirement, especially for me, is quite a long way away unless I miraculously win the lottery one of these days. No one can truly tell what they will be able to do in the future. I'm not entirely sure what I would do and where I would be when I retire.
It would be nice to be able to do some volunteering because it allows you to help out the community and do something useful with your time.

I love voluntary Jobs especially if it in the areas of my passion I wouldn't hesitate to help out.I love animals as well that is why I have my pets and I enjoy their company, so I might get to do a voluntary job in any of the ranch in the neighbourhood.

I think I will Say Yes, I will do volunteering when I reached my desired retirement period It is because I don't want to feel stagnant staying at home enjoying my retirement moments but also to explore more I think I will volunteer more in serving in the community in a way Spiritual Aspects cause I think that is one of the major areas in life that most people failed. I am not saying I am good enough but maybe by volunteer in this community makes me realize how importance living was and hoping to inspire more lives especially the young adults and young professionals on how life in the working world looks like and I hope that as early as young age they can They will start saving and building thief solid financial foundation to retire early.

So for a fair amount of us its something we've considered in quite some depth. It's fine if its not something you've considered though. I agree its a nice way to help out the community, for me it depends what my situation is like in the future. I'd love to travel the world. But I can imagine me volunteering a little bit also.

Yes, I can always consider doing volunteer work and also continuing work on non-profit web development projects. I mean, there are lot of things I enjoy doing that aren't for money and I don't see why age would stop me from dong them! Anyway, what do you all consider a good place for old people to volunteer at?

Yes, I would definitely do that. Maybe I would sign up in an organization wherein their main mission was to help other people have their own homes or somehow assist them when it comes to livelihood, etc. I would really love to impart my knowledge and wisdom that I gained throughout my life to the youth.
I have been part of an organization before and what they do are conduct feeding programs and medical missions. I am no doctor, I just assist with the paperwork. It feels great that you are doing something for a good reason. Somehow at the end of the day, you do not feel tired and you get to know like-minded individuals as well. Such a great experience, you should try it too.

Yes, I'll definitely enjoy helping out the community after retiring. Right now, I volunteer for my local community and I help the scouting association but when the time comes I hope to help other charity's in my free time as I believe your actions can have a massive impact on other people's lives. I'm only 17, I'm trying not think about retirement just yet.

I have the spirit for civic work and volunteerism but I don't think I will have the time for that. Right now, I am already retired from a regular job although I still have consultancy work to keep me occupied. But my main occupation is our home. I am now the housekeeper and master of the kitchen that I also do the marketing. Aside from taking care of our home, there are also the social obligations that I attend to. It's nice to do volunteer work but I don't think it is for me.
