Any other Bogleheads out there? Jack Bogle (the founder of Vanguard) has a simplistic system that has worked really well for me so far. Essentially you select a Domestic Stock Index Fund, a Foreign Stock Index Fund, and then a Bond Fund. They can be Mutual Funds or ETF's. I personally went with ETF's as they had lower fees and even though Bogle is the Vanguard founder, I went with Schwab (again, lower fees).
Any ways, I was wondering if anyone else followed this strategy and what your allocation was?
60% Domestic Stock
30% International Stock
10% Domestic Bonds
I'm leaning towards moving the bonds to Foreign or perhaps just lowering my allocation in them. Thoughts?
