Last big purchase?
#1
What was the last big purchase you made and do you regret it? For me, I recently did some shopping for clothes which I don't really regret as I was sensible with my purchases and needed some clothes as I haven't had any new ones in some time.

I recently redecorated my bedroom, which was quite expensive but since it doubles as an office it was well worth it.

For me it was a new phone, my old one was getting slow and kept crashing so I invested in a new iPhone. Expensive but needed considering I use it for my job too.

My last big purchase was an iPhone 6 plus. I sold my iPhone 5 for 20 pounds with a case to a local phone shop and bought the six of my sister for 30. The 5 had a battery which was lasting 30 minutes, if that, the upgrade was definitely worth it.

Well, my last expensive expenses was my phone. Yeah for me it was expensive because it cost about 9990 pesos or about $200 and in the Philippines, it is already expensive.

The last big purchase for me was my phone which I got last week. I got a Galaxy S8 which is £29 per month, not the most expensive short-term but it's on a 24 month contract so it's around £700 in total.

I purchased a used truck back in 2007 I think. It was a couple of thousand dollars and the source was my ESL job I had in South Korea.

I bought a concert flute for almost 100 dollars and I have been using it almost everyday. I like to play musical instruments and I have no regrets buying these even if they're quite expensive. I plan to buy another one this time a clarinet which actually has the same price as the flute. Thus far, I have bought an organ, melodica, harmonica, and drum sticks. I see nothing wrong in buying these things as long as one uses them and makes one happy too.

My last big purchase was my car, I paid 3200 euros for it and I have no regrets because my car is an economical car, it consumes less fuel than any car, spare pieces are cheap and it never broke until now.
